SC815 radio won't work 900

Help,
I was doing a little service to the radio in our 96 960. When I powered it back on it asked for a code. I typed in the wrong code 3 times.

Now when the unit is turned on it displays a message - '0FF'.

I've found the code for the radio, how can I enter it.

By the way - it's been all afternoon ( about 4 hours) and the instructions say the radio is locked out for 2 hours.
