Are my calipers binding or not? 700 1991

I will check to see if they do. I do know that when the car is jacked up and the engine is not running, the wheels spin significantly more freely than when I turn on the engine. But I know what a seriously binding caliper feels like, and these are only slightly bearing down on the rotors. But it must be said that the sensation of pulsation is always greater after I have been driving the car for awhile, especially after highway driving, which could indicate that the rotors are more warped when heated up a lot. And, the driver's side rotor gets quite a lot hotter than the passenger's side. Thanks.
