Intermittent Misfiring 765T 700 1987

Here is some information: It burned 3/4 qt of oil on a 100 mile trip the mountains and back. Had to climb from zero to about 6000 feet. Also a few drop of oil are leaking from the airbox/intercooler area. I can see exactly where it coming out but the bottom part of the airbox next to the intercooler has wet oil on it. Could this be the signs of a turbo failure, where oil is leaking past the bearing and causing the engine to fowl out with oil. Then when driving for awhile the oil is burned off and the engine returns to normal?

I am Still Clueless
