Yes, it can be done by car owners, check the archives for tons of info on headliner installs. Also, check the FAQ section, 700 series, for more info. Finally, the IPD website has a downloadable instruction sheet on how to install a headliner, step-by-step. I will probably be doing mine sometime next year as well......Volvo should have stayed with the textured headliners as in the 240's...
