Rubber inserts/advesive for lower portion of side windows

IS there any part numbers or ways to get the rubber channel strips that help hold the side windows. Mine are brittle and fall off on the passenger side when lowering the power windows. also, what is the gray color glue like substance that is apperntly used in combinaation with this?
