'74 144GL rear left fender smashed in, need replacement or new '74 144 GL 140-160

Hi,
This guy parked his car in his car port and forgot to put it in park. After he got out, the car rolled back out of the car port and down the drive way and across the street completly smashing the left rear fender of my car in past the rear tire. It looks to me like it needs a complete new rear fender welded in among other things. The right back tire got pushed into the curb and the right back fender overhangs the the tire by aprox. six inches. The rear suspension mounts, parts, driveline(?), axel(?)may be damaged as well.
The guy was really nice about it and gave me all his info and said that he would pay for the repairs.
I am hoping that the car can be fixed for a reasonable amount. I am not sure if replacement rear fenders are comercially available but if they are or if any one has one or knows where I can get a used one please let me know.
