Windows down, won't go up! & other Elec. Probs 200

Today i got to work and the windows wouln't go up (power windows). On the way to work the overdrive kept kicking in and out and the shift lock will not work either now. I checked all the fuses and the are good. Whats going on? Its supposed to rain soon and i at least need the windows to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
