Lubing seat belt re-coil tensioner.... 900

thanks tvpierce,i have pulled the cover off at the top and able to look 3/4 of the way down and pull the belt all the way out.i didn't see the belt flipped but it could be on the reel which i was unable to see.
it's a real PITA pulling and re-installing the cover with out doing any damage to the felt covering on the cover.
