An urgent request - help with a 240 radio code 200 1992

I bought a replacement TD-613 for a '92 244 from eBay. The dealership that has received my business for the past 3 years, Volvo of Louisville, did an about-face and decided to no longer give out radio codes over the phone for 240 radios despite the fact that these things have virtually no value. Or at least that's their policy for folks who only purchase small parts items every few months and don't get their service done at the dealership. They actually checked their records, totaled my purchases, and asked me if I had my Volvos serviced there. :-(

I had wanted to install the radio this weekend. Does anybody have access to a dealer with a better perspective on the economics of old, used, failure-prone electronics? If so, I would be grateful if you would request and post my code. The model number is: 1398464-1. The serial number is: V01510 B5214351B.

This is the most substantial request I've made to the board, and I need you guys. Thanks.
