blower motor not working or only works on high (intermitently maybe) ? FIX 700

on 700/900 model with climate control (as far as i know) a "control unit" is used instead of the "resistor pack" as in earlier models. this is a PWM power supply. after my blower motor would only work in the morning and not in the afternoon i decided to tackle this part (the control unit yeilded a error code of 2-3-3 which indicates the blower motor starting current is too high, or the motor is turning slugishly). it smelled kinda fishy. literally, the dielectric oil used in the electrolytic capacitors was leaking, and particularly from a 1000uf 10v capacitor which is used to filter the ripple in the DC output. so i changed all the electrolyitcs (4 of them and upped the value of the 1000uf to 35v) and the blower motor has been working great every since. hope this helps some people.
