Hey guys (and gals)!

Just purchased an 82 245 w/ 180 on the clock. The car being new to me, I have never started it. It was alleged to be running, albeit poorly when I purchased the car.

After sitting a month or so, I drained the fuel tank (kind of beginnings of lacquering P.U.) and then cleaned the battery terminals, the ground on the driver's side inside fender well, south of the battery. I cleaned the blades on the 20 amp fuse which I believe runs the fuel injectors. The fuel relay clicks when you turn the key. The will not start at this point. I pulled the fuel hose off of the rear of the fuel regulator (back to the tank) and it was dry. This being the case, it appears that the fuel pumps are not pumping. I know on my other 240's the 4/6 left side fuses jumped will start the pumps up. I did this and these seem to be different fuses since the door buzzer when out when the fuse was removed. Which fuses and what side do I jumper to run the pumps on this car of this vintage. Aside from possible pump problems, any ideas where to go next. I really don't think the pumps are bad just from sitting. It's most likely a bad connection somewhere I think.
