Tach swap 89 with 82 200

Anyone ever replace an 89 240 tach, the small one near the center console, with an in dash 1982 turbo tach? The one that is big enough you can actually read. I am puting the large 82 tach in the speedometer dsah housing of my 89 240. I need the wiring diagram or any type of help with this please. The original 89 small gage has 3 wires, a +, a - and a grn. The indash 82 tach has 3 wires on top and 1 in the middle bottom. The top left is +58 bottom center is +30 and the top left is marked -31. Then the bottom middle is marked 12v. I assume 12v is 12 volt but I do not want to connect it until I know for sure. Any ideas??
