Electrical Problems - Can any one help? 900 1996

It has been over two years now I am trying tirelessly to get this car to run. (1996 - 940 GLE Turbo with a B230GK engine, Right Hand Drive)
It starts, but will not idle. I have installed a new ECU, Air-Flow Meter, Series Resistor, Camshaft Sensor among some other electrical parts, but it still would not run. There is no dealership where the car is located and there is no access to scanner, to be able to diagnose, any other possible problem(s). Can anyone suggest what else can be done to get this car to run?
