Knowing what I know about well cared for B230's (and I still have much to learn) - I would leave it alone also. My 92 745T B230 has 208K and unless something odd happens - I fully expect it to run well with no problem well into the 300K era. Main thing about these motors is that you change the oil & filters, and don't let it run hot - and it will go, go, go, go, and go some more.

That engine be a baby - leave it be (as for the big stuff) unless there is indication of a problem or you figure it was not well cared for.
