1983 jetronic no idle problem and runs rich

I have a 1983 GL non turbo with 69k miles. The car has been garage kept and not driven much. It has had a rough idle for a long time. The fuel pumps fuses and relays have been replaced in the last few years. I drove the car and it will not idle at all now. It will run at 3000rpm and above very well, but it runs very rich. I replaced the flame trap and cleaned the throttle valve. Then checked and replace the air control valve and adjusted the throttle switch. I also cleaned the air flow mass sensor. Also checked for broken vacuum hoses. I have no luck. Please
help. Thanks
