HELP! Wife stranded 6 hours away 700 1992

My wife is having trouble with our 92-745 (she is in Delaware). It is sputtering and running rough on start and while driving it is hesitating and not running smoothly. The gas tank is full, the flame trap was replaced only 2 months ago and I cleaned the throttle body then. I have a replacement fuel pump relay available. It would really help me to know what I might need as I get ready to go to help. I will be leaving about 2 pm eastern time. I will check back often, but I am waiting also to hear from my wife and kids.
