Semi Metallic v organic brake pads? 200

I'm starting to think about brake pads for the 245s and I wonder about whether the semi-metallic pads are better suited for my purposes than organics. I think it stands to reason that the PBR pads offered by IDP are widely accepted as good quality. With that in mind, is it worth the few extra bucks to go to semi-metallics and what are the pros and cons of such a change. I don't drive particularly hard, but do use the 245 for moving people and objects from time to time. I do appreciate a good brake that will not build up on a rotor and give any throbbing in the pedal.

Thanks for any and all thoughts!

Sincerely,

JBeechcraft
