MAF Interchangeablility 200 1985

I once used a 002 from an 84 240 in my 87, just to get it home after mine failed on the road. The car ran fine with it, but waaaaay rich. It wouldn't take long at all to melt the core in the catalytic converter using the earlier AMM.

BTW, your 85 takes a 007 AMM, the same one used from 1985-88 in the 240.
