Stalled, no start 700 1987

Car stalled, wife was driving at the time.

I do not hear the pre pump noise I have in all my other Volvos but to hear a fuel pump noise after I stop cranking it. So as said it will turn over and I am getting fuel. I am getting spark out of the coil but no spark at the plugs. Am looking at the distributor tonight, any other thoughts on a no start situation? Or cautions?
