Computer shows bad idle control unit 700

Hello, there. It's me again. I just found out more info. about the 740 1990 Volvo. When I checked the codes from the car, the results came to show me that the idle valve is bad. I tested the valve and it is good. I have a blue and yellow wire coming out of the idle valve. I believe it is a ground wire, but the problem is that I have no idea of where that wire goes to. Do any of you guys have any idea of it is supposed to connect to either the Oxygen sensor or the mass air flow sensor? For what it seems the oxygen sensor is running on the open loop condition. I would really appreciate any comments and any help you can give me.
Thanks!!!!
