Rebuilding the front suspension 700 1988

Hello

My front suspension is all rusted up and the bushings look like the previous owner drove the car through acid to and from work.

When im driving the steering wheel shakes like it's of it's meds and the car drags to the right. And when i park my wheels never point the same way, one of them is always a bit of.

So i was thinking to replace the whole thing, new bushings and new ball joints and such. From what i understand it would suffice to replace it all, torque the bolts to what's appropriate and then turn it in for wheel alignment?

If that supposedly does the trick would i have to redo the alignment if/when i change springs and absorbers?

Im grateful for any help i can get guys.
