Injector Substitution

Need a replacement Bosch 762 for '89 240 with 170k. Tried everything including cleaning injectors off car but #4 has strange spray pattern and runs lean. Regular miss at idle and unplugging injector only makes it a little worse. Engine smooths out at higher rpm. Have a set of Seimens/Deka 1389563 injectors. Are they a substitute for 762s? They have a much larger spray opening that looks like bottom of blue injectors for a Regina system though they have a yellow top. Appreciate thoughts on: cleaning 762 Bosch so it works again or on substituting the Seimens. Thanks

Steve with 3-240s and 1 940 with half engine in trunk in Charlotte
