Windshield Wipers and Horn Work Intermittently 200

I have a 1984 240 GLE Sedan. Lately, my wipers and horn have been working on and off. I checked the fuse, it was fine. To be safe, I replaced it with another one. It's quite weird; the wipers and horn will work for a few days, then stop working for a few days, and repeat. There doesn't seem to be any pattern, or anything that sets it off.

Is it possible that something is shorting? Both work fine at the times they're working, but neither will work when they're not. This makes me think it's an electrical problem somewhere. Any ideas?
