Help!! tach conversion - battery light, parking brake light, brake failure on, right signal out 200

I was able to get the tach and small clock to work fine. Now my battery light, parking brake light, brake failure light are on. Although when I turn the lights on the go out. Also right turn signal arrow does not illuminate although turn signals work. I did have trouble getting the twelve pin connector to go all the way back on. It is not flush the the four pin is. Thoughts . . . I am desperate. I may take to the Volvo dealer. . . Help!
