So, are these the Valve guide seals? (and steering bushing ?) 140-160

The $2.10 part

And then, what's the procedure for replacing these? Can i do it myself?(that's almost a joke, i don't have any tools, yet) But can Andrew and i do it maybe in one day on a weekend? How long might it take? What problems might we run into... You know, good advice and stuff like that. Lemme have it! =D

Short version of the steering situation:
Where do i get the little bushings that go in the safety mechanism part of the steering shaft?

Long version of the steering situation:
Also, when Marc(bridgetown142) hosted the NW Brickmasters BBQ, we found that a 142 there and MY 142 had the case of the steering wheel getting pushed in. I don't know if any of you know what i'm talking about, but it's a safety feature on the 140s. The steering shaft is split so that if you're in an accident, the front of the shaft and the part that's connected to the steering wheel will seperate so that the steering wheel isn't shoved into your face. My dilemma(and the other guy's) was this. It's hard to see in the picture, but you can see it. The joint is mostly unattached, you can see the shiny metal that should be covered by the bushings in that area. ANYWAY, if you understand what i'm talking about, i need new bushings in there, to help keep the two shafts tight together. While at marc's we pushed them together and they told me to pull on the steering wheel instead of pushing it. Well, that didn't work, my car is like that again, and the little cone shaped part that is supposed to "latch" the two shafts together, never gets out of the bushing because the bushing is so old and just deforms. If that makes any sense.

Thanks peeps,
