To replace tranny's rear mount; is this xmember? S90-V90 1998

Couple of months ago I wrote about thumping/jerking feeling when taking foot of the brakes after stops. (See here http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=795829&show_all=1) At that time many people suggested to check 1) tranny mount (rear), and 2) control arms bushings. This morning I finally had a chance to look underneath (my S90 was due for an oil change.) I think I will try replacing tranny mount myself and if it does not fix the problem, it will go to an auto shop for new bushings.

Below is the picture I took this morning. Is this a cross member Chrissij was talking about (see below)? If it is, then it is not really silver; more like dark graphite/almost black. There are two bolts on each side and one in the middle (visible on the picture.) Do I have to take all five of them out or just four bolts from the sides? Should I put support underneath the tranny pan? Where is the actual mount located? Thanks for all your tips and suggestions..

Well, you have to pull the cross member, but not the tranny...course we have lifts and spin jacks...we put the spin jack under the tranny to hold it stable, take off the cross member, replace the mount and then put it all back together.
