insurance case - fair price? 900

My 1991 940GLE was recently hit and totaled. It had 248K miles, was in relatively good condition, only items that were problems were:

a broken front grill
the plastic cover over the front bumper was cracked
the moon roof headliner was a little ragged cause it was left open during a rainstorm.
Tailgate lock didn't work with a key
The temp and gas gauges were starting to mess up
The body didn't have any rust, just a few minor dings.

The insurance company was offering $2,100, I got them up to $2,510.
I haven't seen any similar cars for sale in my area, so I didn't have much of a reference point. Kelly Blue Book said about $2,700 for a car with similar miles in good condition (private sale).

You opinion, did I make out ok, or did the insurance company?

Thanks
