No 12 volts to Fuel Pump Relay 700

Hi,

Fuel pump runs when relay jumped. Car will start and run shortly after letting pump run, will run continuous if 12volts direct to pump.

When ignition is turned on ther is no voltage to fuel pump relay coils.

I have Haynes manual but the electrical is not very clear.

Does anyone no the path from ignition switch to that relay. Is there anything that also has to happen for the voltage to be present?

Thanks for any suggestions.
