93-940 Reverse Slipping when warm. 900

Have a 93 940 Wagon without turbo. Trans was rebuilt by AAMCO Jan 03, about 20K miles since rebuild. Naturally out of warranty. It works good in all gears, except when it is warm or hot and going to reverse, it slips as if you are in neutral. Have to leave it in reverse 30 seconds to 1 minute to catch, then it works good. Going from reverse, Park or neutral into any forward gear works good. Makes no difference if you put into Park or Reverse and rev up, still have to wait. When it is cold, works good. Fluid is not burnt and is real clean. Different trans shop checked linkage, and said did not need fluid/filter change.
