A baby question: vent on gas tank 120-130

Hello to all. I need to make a baby question: The gas tank on our amazons have a vent?, or the vent are incorporated on the tank cap? (I'm use a Waso gas cap from ipd).

Yesterday my rojo car have some problem to suck gas from the tank at start, I check it, no blockages, but if I pump air to the tank from the pipe (after deattach the pump), gas spill on return from the pipe, like no vent are available (or a very small one only) on the tank (after open the gas cap, the gas spill stops).

After start (5 minutes on/off with the starter) the engine run ok, but the long start sequence will be kill my battery on the long run.

Thanks on advance for your kindly answers...
