engine misfires under high load 900 1995

I have a 945 with a B230FK, which is a low pressure turbo version.
Most of the time it runs fine. It has a fine idle and a fair fuel consumption.
The only problem is that when I give full throttle at low revs in first gear(manual transmission), it seems like one or two cylinders are cutting out. The problem is worse when I am towing my caravan. When the engines exceeds 3000 rev/min it starts to pull with full power, and I can shift for 2 gear and now it will keep pulling without problems even though the revs are lower. So the problem apparently only occurs in first gear.
I have changed ignition wires, plugs, the ignition power module and the knocking sensor, without any results. Does anyone have an idea of what to look for?
