Bolts going loose 200 1986

Hi All,

Recently when I removed my throttle body for cleaning, I checked a few of the intake manifold bolts and I could turn them 1/4 to 1/2 a turn!! I could not easily reach others so I left them alone. Do the manifold bolts need periodic tightening (most likely never been touched for 18 years)? I have an engine miss that I can't figure out for the life of me, and I am starting to think that I need to re-tighten all the intake manifold bolts. Would loose ones cause a slight miss?

Thanks
