Brickboarders

Is it possible to convert my leaded 1985 760gle b28 to unleaded ?
Will the car perform any different...advantages vs disadvantages ?
What is involved parts,work and cost wise ?
Do u think it is feasible ?
Any recommendations.... i like the car ?
