LEDs as third brake light 120-130

I am putting one in the wagon that is under restoration. I got it from a hotrod shop...they had chrome ones :). It will be wired direct to the brake lights and even with 20 LEDs not draw enough to require a relay or larger fuse as I understand it. When it's up and running I'll confirm this.
I was going to cut a small hole in the top hatch and mount it flush but the hatch is so thin it was deemed too risky (didn't want to have to try and replace the hatch if I dorked it up.)
