LEDs as third brake light 120-130

Good plug for yourself Ron :-) But you have a good product, so its OK... Yes, in a sedan, I would thiknk the hat shelf would do fine, but you'd want to seal it to the glass... otherwise it will glow most annoyingly inside the car at night.

Wagons ain't got a hat shelf though...so,

I think for a hinged connection, you would definitely want to sleeve the wires, but I think Bob's thought on a lower amp inline fuse (before the hinged part) on only the 3rd light would also be a good idea..

If that main brake light fuse goes, I reckon it would also knock out turn signals, perhaps tail and parking lights... and who knows what else...
