AIRCONDITIONER AND RICH RUNNING 700

I'm curious - is there any part of the airconditioner system that tells the engine to enrich the mixture because the engine is under load? My AC went out a while back and I'm trying to figure out a rich running problem - I have done almost everything possible (list below) and am wondering if somehow the system that tells the ECU the AC is on is making the car think it need to make the mixture rich - Is that possible?

Would appreciate any advice.

-Throttle Body cleaned
-Fuel pressure regulator replaced
-Fuel relay checked – operational
-Injector Ballasts tested for proper resistance
-Fuel pumps both working – audible
-All fuses intact
-Air filter clean
-RPM gauge jumps when cranking - assume MAP sensor operational
-Cap and Rotor replaced
-Coil to Distributor Wire Replaced
-Coil swapped with new coil - no fix
-Engine Temp Sensor replaced - twice
-Air Mass Meter checked as per FAQ
-O2 sensor replaced - readings are true - leans when induce air leak
-Engine wire harness - removed - much corrosion, replaced all bad wiring and --installed
-Injectors cleaned and balanced.
-Engine computer swapped - no fix
-Fuel pressure is 42PSI and 36 PSI when running
