Just did a brake job, now hear a 'clunk' every time brakes applied. Ideas? 900

Hello, Brickboarders, and "thanks" in advance for reading my post.

I recently put new rotors and pads on the front of my 96 960 wagon. I did the job about two weeks ago and they've been fine, but now they are making a single, sharp "clunk" sound about every other time you apply the brakes. It sounds like either the caliper or pads or rotors are moving a bit upon brake application, kind of reseating themselves. It seems to be coming from the right front but I took off the wheel to inspect all the components but could find nothing loose. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thank you.
