Engine parts finished. 140-160 1974

I just got my block, crank, and head for my '74 back from the shop.
$461 total for clean, cylinder hone, polish crank, valve job, replace 4 exhaust guides, stem seals, 'spring set shims', reface head, replace cam bearings, freeze plugs, and painted the block red.
$144 parts $291 labor.

I think I did OK.

I was goint to have it balanced, but it was very smooth already. They said the bores were .001 over only. Everything else spec'ed.

I guess I'll buy the IPD re-ring set and new main bearings, find cam gear(s), face flywheel. I'll gauge the oilpump clearance and decide about that.

Should I definitely replace the front crank seal with neoprene?
The re-ring kit appears to come with wristpin bushings. Press and replace those?

BTW, this was the engine with near 0 oil pressure at hot idle. Front cam bearing was melted away.

Anything else to consider?
