Wheel offset question 200

I found some rims that are 15x7 and 5x108mm. However, they appear to be 35mm offset and I think the correct offset for 240s is 20mm. I know 850 wheels are 43mm offset and everyone says thay shouldn't be used on 240s without a spacer. So... whaddya think? could I run these? and what would be the consequences of running 15mm too much offset?
