Wheel offset question 200

Bob - have a look in the 700/900 FAQ's...I think I saw some intelligence there that Volvo changed the 960-series offset after 1994 model yr. If I recall correctly, before that it was the 20-to-25mm of the RWD 200 and 700 cars, but after that they revised the suspension, calipers, etc. to accommodate the FWD "deep" offset wheels. Increased offset places the wheel's inner rim further inboard and, added to the additional rim width. will probably foul brake lines, susp. components,......

If you really like the wheels, spacers are available, but at a stiff price,
