Banjo Bolt 82 DL K-Jet 200 1982

I replaced my main fuel pump this week with some difficulty. The first attempt was a failure due to leakage at the banjo bolt connection. After tightening the bolts it leaked again. The third time I put new copper washers on (compliments of my local Volvo dealer) and a new check valve from FCP and all is well. The new parts do not come with washers, so to save your self some problems get them from the dealer.
Also this posting is to warn all of you that own an 82 DL K-jet NA be VERY CAREFUL with the Banjo bolt since it is no longer available from Volvo.
