remember that 'fuel leak' problem i had a while back? 700 1990

Please reference this post for details. Basically, I believe we came to the conclusion that it was the check valve built into the fuel pump (regina system) that had gone bad.

Well, strangely enough, the problem seems to have disappeared. Yes, it's gone now. The car starts as easily (or less hard) as it used to, and watching the pressure gauge shows that pressure stays in the line now.

I haven't done anything to the car. The problem just disappeared on its own!

Any ideas??? I'm going bonkers.
