No Start - tried everything going CRAZY 700 1990

No hall switch, you have a crank sensor. It lives at the back of your motor, and actually secures to the transmission bellhousing with a 10mm bolt. So look at the power stage first since it is in close proximity to where you were. Yes, it is the component on the inner fender attached to the computer cable looking thingee. Also recheck your battery connections closely. Those two relays that you swapped...of course you did that after the fact...but anyhow...look at the connector going to said relays. The interior insulating crap falls apart and you "think" the relay is connected, but it really isn't. Let us know how things go...
