The other day I had my 1991 240 idling with the a/c running. It ran fine for a while and then it cut off. The only way that I could get it to restart was to get a boost from someone. Thinking I might need a new battery, I took it in to be tested and it tested fine as did the alternator. It ran good and restarted several times since the first episode, but on yesterday, I had to make a quick brake and it cut off again and would not restart until my wife came out to give me a boost. Also, after I have been driving it for a while it sometimes won't start up unless I give it some gas while restarting. Lately this has been happening a lot. Help!!!
