I ran a 5/16" hexnut from the inside of a JCWhitney air cleaner through
an SU HD8 carb and into cylinder #2 of a big bore B20. Wasn't too bad on
either the head or the piston but it cocked the piston in the cylinder and
split the cylinder wall pretty much from top to bottom. That's why my
122 wagon has an 8-bolt block with 6-bolt innards now.
