'91 945 SE all warning lamps on cluster on / off also stalling out 900

another piece of my puzzle is all warning lamps on cluster come on for no
reason when driving but this does not occur when engine loses power and
stalls. when it loses power and stalls it will restart but only runs with
foot on accelerator and runs very bad. car has all fuel relays, IAC valve replaced within last 1-2 years, engine is tuned up within 30K miles full
tune up.

is there any known issue that makes all warning lights come on ?
is it related to drivability problem even though they do not occur
at same time? I'll be checking FPR, main fuel pump, ECT sensor, and
compression next week when i have days off. this is the first major
electrical / drivability problem is last 4 years I hope i can fix it.

'91 945 SE turbo 162,000 miles.
