Lacquer or enamel? 700 1987

My guess is acrylic enamel......Reason I know is I painted my 240 a few years back (paint code 130 silver) and used lacquer base and clear coated it. The original paint was acrylic enamel according to the paint store....Lacquer has been out of favor for some time by car manufacturer's.......but easy to use for amatuer's like me since it is very forgiving and easy to spray. Of course it must be buffed for gloss....
