1997 960 T-Belt job started 900 1997

Hello All, I have Good news and bad news....first the good news I finally decided yesterday that Yes I'm capable of tackling the timing belt change on our 960 Volvo (71,000+ miles). After reading several posts here it was obvious that I was risking major repairs if I even tried to drive this car to a repair shop to pay them $65.00+ per hour to do this job. My wife was skeptical at first until I told her we will save several hundred dollars in labor. So with the help of BrickBoard .com I confidently and methodically began. All went well using the tips I found here so far.
The bad news, both of the pulley rollers were bad(unexpected cost and delay waiting for replacement parts from FC.Groton.com).The belt tensioner roller was very rough and froze up after I removed it. The idler roller had some side to side play so it too will be replaced. It appeared that both rollers had gotten over heated at one time because they had a crispy oil, grease residue on them. The belt seemed to have normal wear,no sign of any oil on it. the tensioner checked out okay.
So all and all it was a good day under the hood.Is it unusual for the belt rollers to be worn out at this point? They were both the OEM. Also can someone tell me approximately how long it usually takes FC.Groton to deliver replacement parts via FedEx I put the order in on Saturday? The pricing is great but They should have a way to track their shipping.
The good news does out weigh the bad and I happy I made this a DIY job.
Just wanted to say thanks for all the useful information concerning our 960
I have found at brickboard.com. I look confidently forward to doing more of the needed service and repair on my own vehicle.

LOL...
