new blower motor not working 700 1992

Good afternoon all.

First i just want to say thanks to all for the responses on removing the old blower motor, I did install the blower motor without any problem. But now thing does not come on when i turn on the switch. The blower motor is the two wire type for a 92 745t. Someone here did mention about the the switch or something like that also being the culprit. I tried to remover the top ac switches but i could not get the damn thing out! Any ideas?
