Code 232 on a brief run out of the garage B234 700 1990

Still chasing this code,I did notice that this time the code came back NOT after a 10 mile drive with the engine at operating temp but moving the car out of the garage this morning for about 4 minutes.I have replaced worn components like cap, rotor, wires, plugs, fuel filter, fpr unit, injectors, maf sensor,O2 sensor. All other sensors are with in range cold and hot checked back at the ECU.I don't have any apparent vacuum leaks and fuel pressure measured at the fuel rail is good and rises quickly when the return hose is pinched briefly.I was wondering if the coil was just not hot enough when the engine was cold or do I just have a bad ECU?
Any input greatly welcome.
